New this term is a Storm at Sea quilt.  Participants will choose from one of 3 patterns to make the quilt:

Ripple by Carl Hentsch – This quilt features a circular setting to the Storm at Sea block.  It is made using the paper-piecing method.

Orca at Sea by Northern Threads Designs – This quilt features a storm at sea block accented with a snail's trail block to show a wonderful swirl of the ocean waves.  The Storm at Sea block can be made using traditional or paper-piecing methods.  The appliqué may be done with pre-fused, laser-cut shapes should the customer wish to purchase them.

Smooth Sailing by Pam Goggans – This quilt features the traditional Storm at Sea layout but is made using Studio 180 (Deb Tucker) rulers to construct the blocks.

All club participants will be given the opportunity to learn Diamond Rects & Square2 rulers, traditional paper piecing, paperless paper piecing; and foundation piecing methods.

Please note: This club has a limited enrolment of 10 participants per session, so register early. Classes may be paid for and attended individually, providing club session is not sold out. Please ask staff for price and policies.
