I placed an online order for shipping to a different city. The service was super fast! Communication with this company was exceptional! Even though it was an online order there was communication through other sources including a little hand-written note on the receipt and a lovely Thank You sticker. This was almost as nice as talking to the wonderful people in person!

I have ordered several times from this store and always had excellent service. A user friendly website and lots of wide backing choices.

I ordered some fabric to make for a friend’s mom. I left a note with my order because I also wanted to purchase backing, it’s hard to find the perfect match when you’re just viewing on line. I asked if someone could compare the backing that I had picked or if they could pick one more appropriate. They called me with a suggestion and we went with that. It’s absolutely perfect! I’m so happy and can’t wait to start working on it!

I had been thinking of purchasing a SewEzi table for a couple of years after friends bought them and loved them. I finally ordered one and really wondered why I waited so long! The table is easily portable and very sturdy and does not move when sewing on it. I want to order a second insert to fit my Featherweight so I can take either of my machines on retreat!
